New registration

A person interested in using CVAK services grants TEMPEST a.s., Galvaniho 17/B, 821 04 Bratislava, Tax ID 31 326 650 (further referred as "TEMPEST") permission for processing of personal data to the extent defined by the general business terms and conditions of CVAK, in order to ensure the use of CVAK services in accordance with the general business terms of the CVAK application. This approval is granted for the duration of the CVAK registration. Instruction: You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on this consent prior to its revocation.

The parent rights holder grants TEMPEST a.s., Galvaniho 17/B, 821 04 Bratislava, Tax ID 31 326 650 (further referred as "TEMPEST") permission for processing of personal data of the person interested in using CVAK in the scope defined by the CVAK general terms and conditions to ensure that CVAK services are used in accordance with the CVAK's general terms and conditions of business. This approval is granted for the registration period in the CVAK application. Instruction: You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on this consent prior to its revocation.

This approval is granted for the duration of the CVAK registration. Instruction: You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on this consent prior to its revocation. If personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of personal data relating to you for the purposes of such marketing, including profiling insofar as it relates to this direct marketing. If you object to processing for direct marketing, personal data will no longer be processed by TEMPEST for this purpose.
